In general, places are offered in the order of application, subject to a satisfactory interview with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee.

On enquiry, parents are sent an application for enrolment form.  Application for enrolment is by completion of the form and the payment of a non-refundable application fee.  The student is then placed on a progressive waiting list in order of the date of receipt of the application form.  Demand for places particularly at Kindergarten and Year 7 level is keen and parents are advised to register their interest well ahead of the year of anticipated entry.  Approximately 12 to 18 months prior to entry, parents are contacted and asked to supply a recent school report for their child; an appointment for an interview with the Principal may follow. After a satisfactory interview a firm offer of a place may be made and on acceptance of this offer the acceptance fee is paid.  The non-refundable acceptance fee is equivalent to 25 per cent of the Year 11 tuition fee, but does not apply for subsequent children of the same household.

The normal points of entry are Kindergarten and Years 7 and 11. However, vacancies do occur at other times and parents are invited to make enquiries about entry to the school at other levels.

The school does not offer scholarships because the fees are low and very competitive. However, families on limited incomes who would not usually consider applying for entry because the fees are beyond their means, are encouraged to apply and  seek a fee reduction. The school’s ability to offer fee reductions is limited and not all applications will be successful.
