In general, interviews are offered based on the date on which the applications are received and the desired year of entry.
Prior to entry, families are invited to attend an Enrolment Interview with our Principal or the Principal’s nominee. Places are then offered at his discretion.
As the number of applications can exceed the number of places available, it may not be practical to interview all applicants therefore applicants will remain on the database of prospective students until a place becomes available, or until the application is withdrawn.
If the application and interview are successful, families will be offered a placement. Should the family wish to accept the offer of enrolment, a non-refundable Acceptance and Establishment Fee is payable to confirm the family’s commitment to take up the offered position. The fee is not deducted from the first term’s tuition fee.
Upon receiving an offer for an enrolment, parents who wish to accept the offer will need to return the signed offer and completed MCEETYA forms to the Enrolments Office with the non-refundable Acceptance Fee.
Once the Acceptance Fee is paid you will be notified of your child’s orientation day, commencement date, booklist and other relevant details in the term prior to commencing at JSRACS.

Applications are open to students of all cultures and religions. Our School embraces our diversity and respects the views, values and traditions of others. We are fortunate that our school offers many opportunities to understand and share in understanding our vibrant diversity of cultures with Religion and Values included within the core curriculum.

Please note places are offered subject to availability in the year requested. Therefore we encourage families to lodge their Application as soon as they feel comfortable with JSRACS as their school of choice.
