We understand choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child. We are delighted that you are interested in joining John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School and becoming part of our diverse community. Enrolments are open year-round; however, we suggest that you enrol before August to secure your place.
Enrolments are still open for 2021 and beyond.
Please note that some year groups are limited, should you wish to enrol your child please be aware that you may be placed on a waitlist.

How to Enrol
To register your interest in attending JSRACS please print and complete the Application for Enrolment form below or contact the Enrolments Officer 9247 2242 to ask for an Enrolment pack to be sent to you via mail. Alternatively, you can collect an enrolment package from the School’s Main Administration.
There is a demand for places, particularly in Kindergarten, Year 7, 9 and 10, therefore parents are advised to register their interest well ahead of the year of anticipated entry.

- A non-refundable application fee is payable when you submit an application form.
- Lodging an application form does not guarantee an offer, it registers your interest in a possible position and places the student on a progressive waitlist.
- In general, places are offered based on the date in which the applications are received and subject to a satisfactory interview with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee.
Prior to entry, the JSRACS Enrolment’s Officer will contact families to confirm their intent to proceed with the application.
Up to date reports will be requested at this time.
Families may then be invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Principal or the Principal’s nominee.
After a satisfactory interview, a formal offer of a place may be made. Places are offered at the Principal’s discretion.
The offer letter will be sent to you via mail and will include a letter from the Principal inviting you to join JSRACS. Within this package you will also receive, a Conditions of Offer notice that will need to be signed and returned to Administration (a second copy for your records is also included), A MCEETYA Data Collection form that will also need to be signed and returned and payment details for the acceptance fee.
On acceptance of this offer, an acceptance fee is required to be paid. This fee is a non-refundable however it is important to note that this fee does not apply to subsequent children of the same household.
If you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia you will need to provide details of your Temporary Visa Class.
