Kindy Orientation Days
Friday 4 December 2026
Your child is invited to attend one of our Kindergarten Orientation Days at JSR on Friday, 4 December 2026, at 9.15am to 10.30 am.
The morning is an important aspect of the School’s Transition Program. It allows students to experience what it will be like to be a student at JSR.
A variety of activities will be held in the Kindy building to become familiar with their new surroundings during the morning. Parents are asked to limit one adult per child for space requirements.
Please refer to the map for parking and meeting details. Students are required to bring a hat for outdoor play and a drink bottle for the morning.

Headstart Day
Friday 29 January 2027
All primary students from PK-4 are welcome to visit with their parent for a ‘Headstart’ morning between 8.45am until 11.45am. This ‘Headstart’ enables time for our students to familiarise themselves with their classroom and meet their teacher. We believe this is a valuable opportunity for the students to settle into their new environment and should aid in a smooth transition process to the new school year.
Parents are invited to park on the Terry Hann Oval and walk with their child to their classroom. You may choose to use this morning to bring any items from their booklist.
